Marketing & PR Intern
Unpaid Internship (3-6 months) with potential to be come permanent depending on performance.

TMA is seeking a dynamic, culturally tuned Intern to join our growing team working across some of the most iconic luxury and lifestyle brands. This is not a passive internship. You will be embedded in live campaigns, contributing to real work across PR, social media, influencer marketing, and high-touch brand events. You'll be part of a team that values creativity, excellence, intuition, and execution, where ideas move quickly and standards are high.
What you will do
PR coordination and media engagement support.
Social media content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
Influencer sourcing, outreach, and campaign tracking.
Event support from concept through to on-the-day execution. Campaign reporting, insights, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
Creative brainstorming and cultural trend spotting.
General coordination across multiple brand portfolios.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about marketing, culture, fashion, and storytelling.
Naturally curious with strong attention to detail.
Social media savvy and culturally aware.
Highly organised with strong follow-through.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
A strong communicator with a proactive mindset.
A self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in content creation or social media management.
Exposure to events, PR, or influencer campaigns.
A marketing, communications, or media background.
Own Transport.
